THE HYBREN CONCEPT
The environmentally friendly carbon neutral Hybren concept is a unique combination of the Hybren expelling technology and a biomass burner. The idea is, to utilize the dry matter from the oil expelling process as a biomass fuel for room heating, while producing a high quality carbon neutral fuel for transportation, and/or the production of electricity. The process is fully automated, so the end user does not have to be an expert in expelling processes, to run the system.
This principle is followed in all the Hybren systems, adapted to the specific needs of the final user, whether it's a one family house or a large residence, or a public institution aiming for a high profile in green technology.
In larger installations, a custom built control system is often designed by Hybren, to facilitate integration with other heating equipment and surveillance.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, CARBON NEUTRAL FUEL
The cleaned and filtered plant oil, that's one of the products from the expelling process, can be used for a variation of energy supplies and other purposes. Room heating, fuel for diesel engines, human consumption and animal fodder are common.
If the oil is used for feeding a diesel engine, the Hybren concept makes it possible to cover the energy supply in a given household 100% with CO2 neutral, sulfur free energy, from a locally farmed product.
